II Exhibitor Qualification Review
1.Exhibitors should provide production or operating permits, business licenses, and other required documentation to the Secretariat for review.
2.All products displayed during the exhibition should be accompanied with complete and valid documentation.
3.Exhibitors should have no record of dishonest conduct on WWW.CREDITCHINA.GOV.CNor www.ccgp.gov.cn.
III Confirmation on Participation
An exhibitor may specify requirements in the application form/contract and send the application form to the Secretariat. After the Secretariat and the exhibitor affix official seals to the application form/contract, the exhibitor’s participation in the exhibition is confirmed.
Ⅳ Booth Allocation, Leasing, and Modification
- A "booth" refers to the area leased by the Secretariat to exhibitors during the exhibition. The Secretariat shall arrange the layout of the exhibition spaces and allow exhibitors to select the preferred booths. Both parties shall confirm the location of the chosen booth on the application form/contract.
- The Secretariat reserves the right to reallocate booths, modify booth layouts, and adjust standard booth sizes in response to reasonable requests under special circumstances such as fire safety and venue regulations, even if the booths have already been booked. Under such circumstances, exhibitors may not terminate contracts or claim compensation on the ground of the aforesaid changes.
- Exhibitors should not transfer all or part of the booths to a third party, whether free of charge or in another manner. Ifviolation of this clause is discovered, the exhibitor may be disqualified from participation in the exhibition. The consequences of such actions shall be borne by the booth lessee. Any losses of the transferee or damages resulting from the removal of exhibits shall be borne by the exhibitor.
- Use of booths, including move-in, exhibition, and move-out, is limited to the duration of the exhibition.
Ⅴ Booth Rights Confirmation and Cancellation
- Exhibitors may not request to cancel or terminate the contract for any reason after the exhibition application form/contract is signed. The contents and terms of the application form/contract are equally binding on both the exhibitor and the Secretariat and should be complied with by both parties once the application form/contract is signed.
- If an exhibitor cancels participation in the exhibition after its participation in the exhibition is confirmed, or fails to attend the exhibition after the exhibition has commenced, it will be considered voluntary forfeiture of the exhibition rights. In such cases, participation fees paid by the exhibitor will not be refunded, and the Secretariat reserves the right to reallocate the booth to another party.
VI Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure or any circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, the Secretariat may change the date of the exhibition or cancel the exhibition without bearing any losses caused to the Exhibitor as a result of such actions. If the exhibition is canceled, the Secretariat will refund the participation fees to exhibitors, which do not include costs of special facilities or custom installations requested by the exhibitors.

(1) Submission of Documents: Construction unit should submit the electronic versions of all documents included in the Custom Booth Drawing Review Checklist (refer to Table 1 for more information) to the installation service provider for review 15 days ahead of exhibition move-in (Email: yjglyhyz@163.com; Tel.: 0771-5825114)

2) Upload files in JPG or PDF format and ensure that all text and images are clear and legible.
Note: As emails may not be sent successfully, please contact the installation service provider at the phone number released to the public or person in charge of the customer service project in time, if you receive no feedback within 2 working days after you send an email. Any consequences incurred by failure to submit the drawings on time and the subsequent delay in the venue registration or on-site construction shall be borne solely by the construction unit.
(2) Review and Feedback: Head of the customer service project will respond within 2 days of the receipt of the application email from the construction unit. Construction units that pass the review will receive an "Admission Notice" (Refer to Appendix 5 for more information). Those who do not pass the review should revise the application in accordance with the "Custom Booth Drawing Review and Feedback" (Refer to Appendix 6 for more information) before resubmitting an application.
Any consequences incurred by failure to comply with the requirements of the "Custom Booth Drawing and Document Checklist or to submit complete and compliant drawings and documents in a timely manner as well as the subsequent delay in review shall be borne solely by the construction unit.
(3) Expedited Review: Construction units submitting documents for review within 7 days prior to the official start of the exhibition setup will be charged an expedited review fee of RMB 1,000 per booth.
(一)展馆承重
B2区展厅承重为2.5t/㎡;D区1、3、4、5、14号展厅承重为1.5t/㎡,D区2、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13号展厅承重为3.5t/㎡;室外展区承重2.5t/㎡。如展品重量超出以上规定,必须提前通知承办单位。凡因超出以上负荷标准的展品,主办单位要提前与展馆方协商,经展馆方书面同意并按展馆方要求做足安全措施后方可进入展厅。对建筑物或展馆内任何地方造成损坏,参展商应对此进行全部赔偿。
(二)布展和撤展相关规定
- 布展须知
1、参展商必须佩戴由组委会统一发放的参展证,无证人员不得进入场馆。
2、施工单位依据《南宁国际会展中心特装施工报馆手册》报审,凭审核通过的《入场通知书》到客服中心办理施工证,施工人员持证、扫码进入场馆。
3、请妥善保管私人物品和展品,如发现物品或展品遗失,请告知组委会和及时报警。
4、展馆内严禁吸烟和使用明火,严禁使用易燃、易爆物品,请自觉遵守。
5、请不要在展板、铝料、铝柱上打钉、贴泡沫胶、钻孔、刷油漆等,如发现有损坏标准展位配置物品,将照价赔偿。
6、每个标准展位配置一条功率220V电源线;仅限手机用电、笔记本电脑等小功率用电。如不经同意私自接电,场馆方有权不给该展位供电,由此产生的不良后果由参展商或搭建商自行承担。
7、严禁在标准展位内私接灯或者使用大功率设备,如确有需要,必须前往主承建商客服中心申请接灯、接电手续,如不按规定办理,主场承建商将拒绝给该展位供电,由此产生的不良后果由参展商或搭建商自负。
8、展馆实行每个展位1条临电,杜绝借用相邻展位临电来施工现象,严禁使用临时用电试用灯具。如有发现,展馆无条件收回电箱,由此带来的任何损失由参展商或搭建商自负。
9、施工单位在施工现场必须设现场负责人;需根据展会施工管理规定进行设计,提交特装展位设计图纸并缴纳施工管理押金;搭建的展台面积应和申报面积相符。
10、参展商、施工单位在布展过程中如需加班的,请于每日16:00前向客服中心申报加班申请,按公示价格缴纳加班费。如发现未办理加班手续或者违规延时加班的,将按照加班标准的双倍计时收费。
11、严禁将标准展位内场馆配置的物品拆除、移位或带出展馆。
12、如需将标准展位改为特装的展位,需经主办批准,并在客服中心办理特装施工手续,缴纳清场押金、消防安全押金,签署安全责任书方可进场施工。
- 撤展须知
1、展览会结束后主办方或参展商应组织安全拆除展台、展位并安全清运。
2、特装展位在撤展时,务必保证工人是符合安全规定的撤除展位,禁止用绳子拉扯等野蛮拆卸方式,如有发现,将不退还安全押金。
3、拆除展位过程中应确保展馆设施设备完好无损,如有损坏,参展商或施工单位照价赔偿。
4、撤展后应进行展场卫生清扫,保证场馆地面干净整洁。
撤展时务必将废弃材料、垃圾带出展馆,如有发现在退回押金后,将其私倒在展馆门外或者会展四周,该展位搭建商将被列入黑名单,主办单位将取消该搭建商在南宁国际会展中心入场资格。
5、撤展完毕,及时与展馆方进行场馆验收交接,找保洁主管负责人签字确认,经确认后至客服中心办理保洁及安全施工押金退付手续。6、撤展流程:参展商需于2025年11月16日至主场服务台开具展品《出门条》方能撤出展品。

(一)实行消防安全责任制
1、各专题展厅以及各展位负责人为相应各展区、展位的第一防火责任人,对所在展厅、展位安全防火工作负全责。
2、各专题展厅要认真贯彻落实《中华人民共和国消防法》(以下简称《消防法》)和遵守南宁国际会展中心消防工作有关管理规定,按照“谁主管、谁负责”的原则,制定消防工作防范措施,落实防火责任制,加强检查管理,消除火灾隐患。
(二)消防通道始终保持畅通无阻
1、严禁在展位以外的任何地方(包括楼梯、电梯前室、通道等)摆放展样品,违反者除没收外,给予通报批评;不准将展样品悬挂在消防、配电、空调设施或天花板上,违者造成设施损坏和不良后果的,除照价赔偿外还要追究相关责任。
2、布、撤展期间各种装修材料、展样品不准堆放在展厅门口、楼(电)梯前或展馆通道上,以免堵塞消防通道,布展使用的各类包装箱、纸屑等废弃物务必于当日及时清理出馆外,严禁将其存放在展位内、柜顶或展位板壁背后。在布展和展会期间疏散通道和疏散门(含物流大门内的所有人员疏散门)不准上锁。
3、安全管理人员将对违规摆放的物品进行清理,清理中造成的任何损失和产生的费用由物主承担。
(三)各类装修消防安全要求
展位装修必须严格按照国家有关装修工程强制性技术规范、标准和以下规定,进行设计施工。
1、所有装修装饰材料、吊顶及分隔材料应采用不燃或难燃材料。木质构建材料原则上使用检测合格的难燃胶合板,确需使用其他木质板材的,对木质易燃材料必须双面涂刷防火涂料三遍。
2、严禁乱接、乱拉电线和擅自安装电器设备(含照明灯、广告灯饰),布展拉接的电气线路应使用电缆不限,铺设在人员走动区域内的路线应架设电缆线槽;未使用电缆的简易路线应穿阻燃管保护,路线连接使用标准接线柱,严禁裸露接线。
3、不准在场内存放使用冲压电容器、碘钨灯、高压汞灯等高温灯具和电熨斗、电炉等电热具。
4、严禁在场内吸烟和明火作业。如确需进行电焊、切割等施工的,施工方应向主办方申请办理动火审批手续,经批准并做好现场防范工作方可施工,若不按规程或操作人员无焊接证的,将按《消防法》严肃追究相关人员责任。
5、在特装展位的设计上,尽量使用金属材料,减少木材等易燃材料的用量,在确定展位图和特装工程方案时,要求平面设计图,立体设计图、效果图三图齐全。
6、消防栓、灯光和灭火器材前1.5米范围内不准摆放任何物品,严禁阻挡、圈占、损坏和挪用消防器材,布设展位不准遮挡、圈占消防设施,不准影响消费设施的正常使用。
7、所有展位及装修不准以任何形式封顶,确保消防报警系统和自动喷淋灭火系统的功能正常发挥。
8、所有装搭物、洽谈桌椅、展样品等,不准阻挡、圈占消防设施、电器开关箱等和占用通道。
9、场馆内的配电箱不应直接安装在低于B1级(难燃)的装修材料上;照明灯具的高温部位当靠近非 A 级(不燃)装修材料时,应采取隔热、散热等防火保护措施。
10、在布展、展览期间所用的实际电器容量须与申请配套的电器容量相符,以免出现超负荷现象。
(四)严禁携带易燃易爆等危险品进入展馆
1、不准将烟花、油漆、炮竹、汽油、煤油、酒精、天那水、氢气以及保卫部门认为可能威胁展馆安全的物品带入馆内。以上展样品只能使用代用品或说明书来代替。展会闭幕后,所有化工展样品由参展单位自行清理带出馆外。
2、施工、机械操作表演确需要用汽油、天那水、酒精等易燃液体或明火作业(电焊、气焊),使用前24小时须报现场保卫办审批,经批准后派专人负责管理,确保安全。
(五)认真做好闭馆前的清场工作
1、展会每天闭馆前,各参展代表应积极配合保卫人员做好清场工作。
2、清场的主要内容有:
1)展位内的可燃杂物、火种和其他灾害隐患;
2)切断本展位的电源;
3)保管好贵重物品和关好门窗。
(六)全馆禁止吸烟
如有违反并造成事故或严重后果的,视情节依照《消防法》给予处罚并依法追究有关人员的法律责任。
(一)展馆用电管理部门
展会展览管理和客户服务中心为展会管理用电的职能部门。各专题展厅及参展商凡在布展和展览期间需要用电的,应办理有关用电申请手续并遵守本规定。
(二)布展施工使用电气材料和设施设备的安全规定
1、选用的电气材料和设施设备须符合国家相关的产品质量标准和消防安全要求。
2、穿过人行地面、地毯和暗铺设在装修物内的电线须穿管(金属管、难燃塑料管)保护。
3、筒灯、石英灯须有石棉垫防护;广告灯箱、灯柱内须有对流的散热孔;灯具整流器和触发器须选用消防部门检验合格产品。
4、使用大功率发热灯具需加装防护罩。禁止使用500w以上的大功率灯具。
5、须如实办理展位用电申请手续。禁止私自接驳展厅的电箱和插座。如申请24小时供电的,须确保无故障隐患,并设置保护开关。因用电设备故障或自带开关失灵导致断电的,由此造成的经济损失由参展商承担。
6、爱护展馆的电气设施设备,严禁乱拉乱接,违反者一经发现,即作停电处理。由此给展会造成经济损失的,由参展单位负责赔偿。
7、自觉接受展会工作人员对展位内用电器具及线路、开关等配电设施的检查。发现隐患,立即整改。
8、特装展位电气安装须严格按照审批确定的展位电气方案实施,严禁自行更改。
(三)噪音控制
1、展台发出的音量不可对参观者或其他相邻的参展单位构成干扰。声像设备展示的音量应低于50分贝。
2、对屡次违反且不听劝告者,展会现场管理人员有权采取强制措施给予处罚。
(四)展出电器样品的安全管理规定
禁止使用大功率电热设备(如电水壶,电炉,电烫斗),如确需展出用电,须申请并获批准方能使用。
(五)布置展品的电气安全管理规定
1、所有安装的灯具与展品或其他物品之间须保持0.3m以上的距离。
2、配电箱、插座要安装在明显、方便操作与检查的位置。
(六)违规处理
1、参展商擅自拆改标准展位配置灯具或线路,私自移动灯具或展位配电箱的,展会工作人员有权恢复原状,造成灯具、线路或配电箱损坏遗失的,责令照价赔偿。
2、未办理用电申请,私自接装用电的,将给予停电处理,并按私接电器用电量两倍收费处罚。
3、对损坏展馆电气设施设备者,将予以同等价值两倍的处罚。
4、对不如实申报用电量,不报多用者,展会工作人员有权责令其补交费用。
5、展位如发现有违反展会用电安全管理规定,构成用电安全隐患的,将责令其整改或拆除,拒不整改的予以停电处理。
6、对因违章用电而发生事故的展位,将视情节轻重追究当事人及相关单位负责人责任,直至追究法律责任。
1、展品展具运输车辆必须到会展中心办证大厅现场申办车辆通行证。
2、车辆通行证仅限布展、撤展期间使用,过时自动作废。
3、展品展具运输车辆进入南宁市区须在指定时间段按指定线路行驶,展品展具运输车证须加盖南宁市公安局交警支队通行专用章,否则无效。凡不服从南宁交警指挥违规进入展馆的,交警有权没收展品展具运输车证。
4、参展商不能使用自备的机械货运工具(如吊钩车、吊臂车、铲车、油压车、铁轮手推车等)运送重型展品。
5.展品展具运输车辆进入南宁国际会展中心后必须服从现场管理工作人员指挥,有序进场装卸货物进行布展或撤展。在公众区域、观众通道、入口大厅和入口广场范围内禁止搬运物品。
6、布撤展期间,所有运输车辆在进入场馆前须按要求提前进行全面消毒;以货运方式进入场馆的展品,连同其运输车辆在进场前进行全面消毒。展品起运后,沿途非必要不可停留、中转,进入展馆卸车后,由展馆统一再实施外包装消毒。
各类宣传品须符合以下要求,方可在展会上赠阅:
1、以宣传中国一东盟各国社会、经济、科技、文化等为主要内容,宣传品名称须与内容相符。
2、宣传品须注明编印单位(如属联合编印,均须注明)。宣传品禁止使用“名优”“知名”“最佳”等容易引起误解或误导性的名称。刊物文稿图片,以及涉及的广告、专利、版权等内容,须符合国家有关规定。如发生知识产权侵权行为,由编印单位承担法律责任。
3、在展会期间需对外发放宣传品的,应组织专人在指定地点免费发放,不准以任何方式售卖。各专题展厅刊物和宣传品只可在本展厅或展位对外发放。
4、未经许可,任何单位或个人不准以展会名义征集文稿和广告,不准在任何刊物和其他宣传品的封面及封底使用“中国—东盟建筑业暨高品质人居环境展会”中文或英文字样(包括其简写字样),也不准使用展会会徽标识。
5、违反本规定印制和对外发放各类宣传品者,一经发现,即予取缔。
